Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their gemstone purchase.

Gemstones must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with any original packaging and certification intact.

Custom or personalized gemstones are not eligible for return unless faulty.

2. Conditions for Refunds

We accept returns for gemstones that are defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described.

If the gemstone is damaged by the customer or shows signs of wear, a partial refund or no refund may be issued at the business’s discretion.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defects, or incorrect products sent.
