Terms & Conditions

1. Product Information: All gemstones sold by GemCast are natural and may contain characteristics such as inclusions or slight colour variations. None of the stones have been heat treated and are only natural colors.

2. Pricing and Payment: Prices are listed in AUD and do not include GST. Full payment is due upon checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfer.

3. Shipping and Risk: We ship orders within 3 business days. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers. Parcel tracking information will be forwarded to nominated email address as orders are shipped.

4. Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days for items that are defective or not as described. Custom orders are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned goods. Customers bear return postage costs unless otherwise specified.

5. Warranty and Liability: We warrant the authenticity of our gemstones but do not guarantee fitness for any specific purpose. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the gemstone.

6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to Tasmania’s jurisdiction.
