Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas and Options
We currently ship to customers within Australian destinations (for international shipping please contact us using email). Shipping options include:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days within Australia)
Express Shipping (1–3 business days within Australia)
International Shipping (varies by country; typically 10–20 business days)

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard shipping: Flat rate of AUD $9.70
Express shipping: AUD $12.70
Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $100

International shipping costs to be calculated for each situation.

3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and work to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. International Orders and Customs
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations and product safety, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or certain remote areas. Some international destinations may be excluded; please contact us for details.
